MDS 500
The MDS 500 is modular and consists out of one module set. The system can be supplied in a standard 20/40 foot container or in separate kits.
The MDS 500 has independent control system and pre-manufactured interfaces for the external pipe connections (e.g. feed, heating/cooling flows).
The capacity of MDS 500 is in the range from 3 to 5 ton/day distillate production depending on the feed water types and qualities.
MDS 1000
The MDS 1000 is modular and consists of two module sets. The system can be supplied in a standard 20/40 foot container or in separate kits.
MDS 1000 has independent control system and pre-manufactured interfaces for the external pipe connections (e.g. feed, heating/cooling flows).
The capacity of MDS 1000 is in the range from 5 to 12 ton/day distillate production depending on the feed water types and qualities.
MDS 2000
The MDS 2000 is modular and consists of four module sets. The system will be supplied in separate kits.
MDS 2000 has independent control system and pre-manufactured interfaces for the external pipe connections (e.g. feed, heating/cooling flows).
The capacity of MDS 2000 is in the range from 10 to 24 ton/day distillate production depending on the feed water types and qualities.
Customized system and EPC project
Besides standard system, Memsys also provides customized system and takes industrial project (EPC/BOT) with capacity 50 ~ 1000 ton/day production.
