NCHL acquired Memsys

With effect on October 14th, 2016 New Concepts Holdings Limited (NCHL), an investment holding company, acquired all the assets and the IPs of memsys.

NCHL (a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Stock Code: 2221) operates in the environmental protection and construction business in mainland China and Hong Kong. The company operates in two major segments:

  • Environmental Protection, including kitchen waste treatment and industrial waste water treatment
  • Foundation Works, Civil Engineering Construction, General Building Works


In order to boost return for the shareholders, New Concepts switching its focus into the rapidly growing environmental protection industry and strategically positioned as a “Leader in niche market”. Through the combination of advanced technologies and high quality projects in the market, the Group principally engaged in the kitchen waste treatment and industrial waste water treatment, with footprint spans across the Mainland China and overseas countries. New Concepts targets to be the leader in the kitchen waste treatment, which is one of the most promising niche markets in China, by 2018.

As the major industrial country in the globe, after years of development, there are rising concerns about water use and increasing pollution in Mainland China. Through combination of extensive experience in water treatment, effective talent pipeline and solid technology fundamental, New Concepts will focus on zero liquid discharge (ZLD) project in China, which is one of the most promising specialized areas in the water treatment industry, in market perspective.

After the take-over of memsys, NCHL plans to leverage the combination of “R&D in Germany and Engineering in China” to support business growth of memsys worlwide. In another words, we continue to support Bosch, Siemens, GE and so on in the breakthrough of R&D, on the other hand, we strive to commercialize the memsys’s products in China market. In long term, the references in China and operational hands-on experiences will enforce the business development in rest of world and R&D in Germany and the R&D in Germany will enhance technical improvement in China market as well.
